We very much like the surprising silky aspect of this Portuguese Oxford structured Lyocell. It is woven by our supplier Somelos Tecidos – the most friendly and creative Portuguese mill we know.

Lyocell is a natural, man made environmental friendly fabric made from the cellulose of wood pulp. This is obtained from well-managed forests, with trees like Eucalyptus, Oak and Birch. The cultivation of these trees does not require irrigation or pesticides. Lyocell is naturally biodegradable.
