Delikatessen is a European shirts brand using the most refined fabrics for supreme comfort and touchability. Founded in 2009 in Amsterdam by creative Andre Lisowski with art curator Stephen Hartog, Delikatessen focuses on well-tailored and effortless garments that combine classic craft with innovative design.
Blending a fresh approach to fashion, urban life and nature, Lisowski and Hartog restored a farm in Burgundy, France, now the main Delikatessen workshop. Their vegetable garden and local life inspire each fresh collection. Continuing their frequent travels to source materials and present new collections, Delikatessen remains truly nomadic and European.
Our garments are made in Poland, as part of the EU with good working conditions (ISO 9001). In Europe we only work with leading manufacturers who offer employees a good wage, a clean and safe working environment and normal working hours. Our fabrics come exclusively from the EU and Japan. Each season we add more and more organic or recycled fabrics, with the certification OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for the absence of toxic substances in the raw materials, the semi-finished and finished products.

Durable brand, small imprint
Delikatessen stands for something special and sophisticated. We do not wish to add just another shirt to the current overproduction of garments. Through our expertise in fabrics, we can make a difference: high quality in small quantities.
How do we aim for this?
Our high quality garments are here to stay and outlive fashion trends. With our forward styles remaining fresh and cherished over time. Produced in small series, each garment feels unique. Our enduring quality garments guarantee a long-term use and minimize their imprint on the environment. That’s why all our shirts are pre-washed and our garments tested on colourfastness, strength, shrinkage and fit.
