Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €500. It usually takes up to two business days for the garments to be dispatched from our warehouse, and 2-5 working days (depending on location) for you to receive them. We do our best to dispatch the goods to you as fast as possible, but slight delays can occur during holidays or seasonal sales. You will get an e-mail with the tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery prices

  • Shipping within Europe: Standard Shipping €10 (2-3 working days), Express Shipping  €20 (1-2 working days), free on all orders over €300. Returns are free.
  • Shipping to Switzerland: Standard Shipping €15 (3-5 working days), Express Shipping €20, free on all orders over €350.
  • Shipping to the UK: Express Shipping with Taxes €30, free on all orders over €350.
  • Shipping to the United States and Canada: Express Shipping €20, free on all orders over €500.
  • Rest of the world: Express Shipping €30 (1-2 working days), free on all orders over €500.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all full-price items, provided that the products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Christmas Period Extension:
For orders placed between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025, the return window is extended to 45 days to allow additional flexibility during the holiday season.

Returns are free across Europe. Returns from countries of North America will incur a fee of €15 that will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Returns from the rest of the world will incur a fee of €30 that will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

We will issue a refund for all items that are returned clean, unworn and with their original labels. The refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive your returned items at our warehouse.
