This season marks a milestone for Delikatessen: the majority of our collection now features certified sustainable materials. From organic cotton and yak wool sourced in Japan to TENCEL™ blended with organic cotton from Austria, plus recycled cottons and wools from European mills — sustainability is woven into every detail, including linings and buttons.

Produced in small batches at our trusted Polish ateliers, each garment ensures precision and minimal waste. We've expanded beyond classic whites and blues to offer a richer palette of deep browns, soft reds, and warm oranges — all in certified organic or recycled fibres.

This collection represents our commitment to combining responsibility with beauty, sustainability with creativity, and timeless design with exceptional craftsmanship.
